Shipping charges are a flat rate of $10.00 for STANDARD shipping to mainland US. All orders over $50.00 (pre–tax and pre-discounts) will be given FREE STANDARD Shipping. Best Kept Secrets ships all packages USPS. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days in most cases. Business days are Monday through Friday excluding federal holidays within the US. Orders will processed and shipped between 1-2 business days from original order date. All orders received before 2pm EST will be processed that day. All orders after 2pm EST will be processed next business day. We do not ship out on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. If you need your product sooner, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We do not ship outside of the United States. We will do all that we can to make sure your shipment arrives on time. We are NOT responsible for stolen packages, wrong addresses or delays in delivery due to mail carrier or severe weather. If you wish to return your order, you are responsible for payment of return shipment.
Any confirmed and shipped order refused by the customer and returned to us is subject to a 20% restocking charge.
Upon completion of your order you will receive an email confirmation with tracking info.
All merchandise is EXCHANGE only. All jewelry, sale items, and promo code purchases are FINAL SALE, NO EXCEPTIONS. Exchanges will be shipped back to original shipping address. We do NOT refund original shipping charges for returns and we do NOT refund your shipping charges to send items back to us. We are NOT responsible for any lost or damaged items that are in-transit to us. We suggest when mailing a return, you obtain tracking information.

Damaged Merchandise: If your item arrives damaged, notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt of damaged merchandise and MUST provide a picture of the item and the packing slip at that time. Depending on the specific item we may replace the item, or issue a refund.
Incorrect Order: If you have a question about your order, or believe a mistake was made on your order, please contact us with the original invoice number within 7 days of delivery and a picture of the item and the packing slip at email@example.com
